On the afternoon of June 11th, in celebration of the International Day of Play, the KARE program of Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise, in collaboration with Viatris Vietnam and Children’s Hospital 2, organized a special event dedicated to more than 200 inpatients from Oncology – Hematology Department and others currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
This event brought the children on a journey of love, where joy was shared through smiles, gentle glances, caring handholds, and small, heartfelt gifts.
The children sang together, watched plays, and marveled at the wonders of magic.
They created together in a colorful world: painting wooden pictures, molding clay, decorating tote bags, assembling 3D paper toys,…
And took home small gifts filled with love.
For these brave children fighting illness, every smile, every moment of living a carefree childhood is a precious “mental vitamin.” Play helps soothe pain, reduce stress, spark creativity, and strengthen their spirit on the challenging path of treatment.
Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise would like to express our deepest gratitude to our sponsor, Viatris Vietnam, and our partner, Children’s Hospital 2, for their support in spreading joy to our little friends through the KARE program.
