Radiant smiles and steady heartbeats from little ones are the inspiration behind the ongoing journey of Scar of Life, a program under Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise, dedicated to raising funds and covering heart surgery costs for underprivileged children with congenital heart defects.
