Pediatric cancer patients who constantly strive for a healthier future have to undergo extended hospital stays, harsh interventions and side effects. Vital as these continuous treatments are, they inevitably pose serious hurdles to children’s physical development, hope, social engagement as well as the overall quality of their lives.
With an aim of providing pediatric cancer patients and their families with mental support, this September – Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the KARE program, in collaboration with Can-Clover program of VinaCapital Foundation, launches the campaign “Send a Message of Love – Grow a Field of Hope”.
By sending a message of love, you will join us in growing a “Field of Hope” for pediatric cancer patients. Each message you send is like a four-leaf clover that brings luck and hope to the “little heroes” in their fight for better health.
Your message is welcome in any creative form, including writing, drawing, or collage with the shape of a four-leaf clover, and can be sent to us in either of these ways:
- Online: Submit your message or attach a photo of it via the “Can-Clover” online mailbox.
- By mail: If your message is a creative artwork, please send it to:
- VinaCapital Foundation Office: 14E21 Thao Dien, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
- Note: Campaign “Send a Message of Love – Grow a Field of Hope”
The final work “Field of Hope” featuring messages of love from the community – will be delivered directly to the children and their families, as well as displayed at City Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital 2 in HCMC and other hospitals. It will serve as a gift that brings strength, good luck, and love to empower pediatric patients and their families on the courageous journey against cancer.
