The Warmth Market – a fundraising initiative centered on pre-loved clothing – was organized by the Preloved to Beloved program of Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise in collaboration with Thenormal Thriftshop. The event not only offered a thoughtful way for once-loved items to continue their purpose, but it also transformed them into warmth and practical care for underprivileged children in remote highland areas.

Every winter, children in Vietnam’s remote mountainous and border regions face the harsh cold.

Over three days, from December 12 to 14, the Warmth Market held at Thenormal Thriftshop received strong support from the community.

100% of the funds raised will be used to purchase warm jackets, woolen hats, and blankets for children this winter in Lao Cai, where harsh weather is compounded by limited access to basic living necessities. Preloved to Beloved sincerely thanks Thenormal Thriftshop for their partnership, as well as everyone who donated, shopped, and helped spread the spirit of sharing.
