When Bich Tram was just 30 months old, tragedy struck her family. Her mother and grandfather lost their lives in a fishing accident. Since then, Tram has grown up in a small home in Quang Ngai, lovingly cared for by her father and grandmother.
Despite the hardships she faced, Tram has always been a bright, kind, and hardworking child whose smile brings joy to her family every day.
In early 2025, during a congenital heart screening at school, Tram was diagnosed with an atrial septal defect and required medical intervention. The news left her father and grandmother worried, as the treatment costs were far beyond what the family could afford.
Fortunately, Tram’s case was connected to the Scar Of Life program and received support from Vietnam Technical Illustrations Company Limited. Thanks to this timely assistance, she was able to access the treatment she needed and begin a new chapter filled with hope.
