On May 27, 2026, in Hanoi, Crossian and Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking the third consecutive year of collaboration to support vulnerable children and women across Vietnam.

Building on the impact achieved in previous years, Crossian will continue partnering with Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise on key initiatives, including the Scar Of Life program, which provides financial support for congenital heart surgeries for underprivileged children; the Congenital Heart Defects Screening program, which helps identify heart conditions at an early stage among children in underserved communities with limited access to healthcare; and the Clean Water and Environment Impact program, which delivers clean water solutions to schools and communities in disadvantaged areas.

Between 2024 and 2025, the partnership contributed to meaningful improvements in the lives of children living in vulnerable communities through:

• Supporting congenital heart treatment for 23 underprivileged children across Vietnam through the Scar Of Life program, enabling them to receive timely surgeries or interventions and giving them the opportunity to lead healthier lives.

Crossian representatives visited children receiving support for congenital heart surgery at the Cardiovascular Center of E Hospital on December 11, 2025.

• Providing free congenital heart screenings for 1,165 children in Hoa Binh and Yen Bai provinces. The program identified 28 children with congenital heart defects, including 17 who required urgent surgery or intervention and were subsequently connected to the Scar Of Life program for treatment support.

Representatives from Crossian and Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise participated in free congenital heart screening activities for children in Hoa Binh Province on June 13–14, 2025.

• Expanding access to clean drinking water for children in remote mountainous communities through the installation of four RO water filtration systems at four schools in Lao Cai Province in September 2025, providing safe drinking water for more than 1,300 students and 116 teachers and school staff.

Crossian and Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise handed over four reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration systems to schools in Lao Cai Province on September 25–26, 2025.

By extending their partnership in 2026, Crossian and Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise aim to expand access to essential healthcare services, safer learning environments, and improved living conditions for vulnerable children and women across Vietnam. Beyond addressing immediate needs, the partnership seeks to create lasting impact by empowering underserved communities with greater opportunities to thrive and build a better future.
