On January 17, 2026, the Dak Lak Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with Squadron 32 of Coast Guard Region 3 Command, An Phu Cooperative, Hanh Thuong Volunteer Group, Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise, and local authorities, organized the “Hanh Thuong Zero-Cost Spring Market” along with free medical checkups and medication distribution for people in difficult circumstances.

The program served more than 4,000 residents from Tay Hoa, Hoa Thinh, Hoa My, Phu Hoa 1, Son Thanh communes, and Dong Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province. These areas were among those most affected by flooding at the end of 2025.

At the “Hanh Thuong Zero-Cost Spring Market,” organizers distributed over 50,000 free shopping vouchers, valued from VND 500,000 to VND 1.5 million, enabling residents to choose essential goods from 14 stalls. Items included farming tools, groceries, blankets and bedding, clothing, cosmetics, rice cookers, gas stoves, household appliances, footwear, chicks, a breakfast stall, and a calligraphy booth where residents could receive traditional New Year couplets.

In addition, the program donated 30 bicycles to disadvantaged students who have demonstrated perseverance and strong academic performance.

The organizers also conducted free medical examinations, health consultations, and medication distribution for more than 600 residents, with the participation of doctors and medical staff from Ho Chi Minh City. The total budget for the program exceeded VND 16 billion.

Of this amount, Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise contributed approximately VND 9 billion, including 29,050 personal care and household products; 200 soft blankets donated by Nghinh Phong; a full list of medicines provided to more than 600 patients sponsored by MoMo; 333 insulated water bottles from Scenic; along with support from other sponsors.

The market concluded in an atmosphere of joy and shared warmth. The gifts not only helped ease immediate hardships, but also provided encouragement for families to stabilize their lives and move forward.
