Each year in Vietnam, approximately 3,000 children are diagnosed with cancer (according to the WHO). Behind these numbers are thousands of families embarking on a challenging treatment journey, where both time and financial resources become overwhelming pressures.

For many children from disadvantaged backgrounds, economic hardship can mean missing the critical “golden window” of treatment, a decisive period that significantly affects recovery outcomes and survival rates. In observance of International Childhood Cancer Day (February 15), Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise has partnered with the MoMo app to launch a community fundraising campaign in support of underprivileged pediatric cancer patients in Ho Chi Minh City.

The initiative extends beyond financial assistance for medication, hospital fees, and essential treatment protocols. It also emphasizes psychosocial care programs that provide emotional support to both young patients and their families, helping them remain resilient throughout this difficult journey.

Every contribution represents meaningful solidarity empowering these young warriors so they do not face cancer alone, enabling them to access modern medical care promptly and rediscover their smiles.

Join Vietnam Children’s Fund Social Enterprise in bringing hope to children with cancer from disadvantaged circumstances, helping them receive the treatment they need and return to their daily lives.
