Baby Duc Hai was diagnosed with congenital heart disease while still in his mother’s womb. Born prematurely, weighing just 2.3 kilograms, he had to be placed in an incubator before undergoing emergency surgery at only 11 days old. After more than a month and a half in the hospital, he was finally able to return home, but continued to show signs of cyanosis whenever he cried. He was then later advised to undergo a second heart surgery, with an estimated cost of VND 180 million.
After months of treatment, the family’s financial resources were completely depleted. In response to their mounting difficulties, Trang Beauty Center TM DV Co., Ltd, in partnership with the Scar Of Life program, stepped in just in time to provide financial support, enabling Duc Hai to receive his life-saving surgery when it was most critical. The procedure was successful, and his condition is now steadily improving.
